We ship orders to customers located in Canada and around the world. All orders are prepared and shipped from our Canadian facility.
In-store pickups are available, please contact us to schedule your pickup.
Processing Time: All orders are aimed to be processed within 1 business day.
Estimated Delivery Time: All orders are aimed to be delivered within 2-5 business days. Please email our support team at admin@cochimbec.ca if you are experiencing any delays.
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.
Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes: cochimbec.ca is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: cochimbec.ca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
